HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS Hurricane Dorian is approaching Florida.  You can see the response with a quick trip to the local stores in the area — empty shelves where bottled water used to be, crowded lines, and people stocking up on food and batteries.  This can be attributed to fear or the need to prepare for a worst-case scenario.
