Do I have a strong case?

One of the questions that we hear a lot is, “Do I have a strong case?”  or “What do you think of my case?”. This question often comes at the beginning of our interaction with a potential client or after we have gathered enough medical evidence to support an appeal.  Any firm that offers you representation on a contingency fee basis is predicating its ability to earn a fee on the strength of your case, so an attorney offering a contingency fee has at least some faith in your case – at least enough to investigate it.  We still need
